Returns + Exchanges

*If you have sizing questions before purchase, please email sales@baotranchi.com and we will advise. Send your bust, waist, and hip measurements within the 1st email for the fastest response.

RETURNS (Unless Otherwise Noted)

*Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving the item. The 14 day period starts on the date that the package was delivered per the tracking information. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery is not considered for a refund.

*Shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.

*The tag must be attached in order to be considered for a refund. Removal of the tag will result in a void of refund consideration.

*Any item not in its original condition is considered damaged. This includes makeup stains, deodorant stains, perfume or body odor, and any soiling of the garment. NO EXCEPTIONS

*Panties are not eligible for a return or an exchange.

*Items marked Final Inventory/ Final Sale are not eligible for a return. Exchanges can be made by exception per inventory.

*if you have questions about sizing before you order, please email sales@baotranchi.com so that we can consult on the best possible fit. Please measure yourself accurately or have a tailor do it for you. Provide your bust, waist, hips, and height measurements for proper advising. We are not responsible for inaccurate measurements.

*We do not allow for the cancellation of orders before they reach their destination.

Custom and made to order

There are no returns or exchanges for custom order or made-to-order items. To proceed with a custom order, the customer must provide accurate measurements.

Exchanges

Exchanges are eligible for the same style in a different size. exchanges can be made for another item of equal or greater value. The difference in cost will be charged via a private purchase link. Email sales@baotranchi.com for exchange eligibility.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Refunds take 5-10 working days to post to your credit card. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.  Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 


Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

If you are returning an item, please email us first at Sales@BaoTranchi.com so we can expect your return.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of outgoing shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, shipping times may vary.

Some countries may impose an international customs/ duty fee which neither us nor any shipping service has control over. Should your country issue a customs fee, it will be up to the receiver to pay or negotiate that charge with their respective customs officials.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
